We ship to all states and major cities in Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). For remote or non-serviceable areas, delivery availability will be confirmed via email or phone.

• Flat Rate Shipping: RM15 for orders below RM200.

• Free Shipping: On orders of RM200 and above (Peninsular Malaysia only).

• East Malaysia: Shipping fees are calculated based on product weight and location during checkout.

• Peninsular Malaysia: 3–7 working days.

• East Malaysia: 5–10 working days.

• For bulky items (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines), delivery may take longer and will be scheduled accordingly.

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
