Cancellation Policy

At TALLY EMPIRE SDN. BHD. 202401013449 (1559299-T), we understand that customers may occasionally need to change or cancel an order. We will do our best to assist with cancellation requests, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

  • Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.
  • Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been processed, packed, or dispatched.
  • Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation by our customer service team.
  • Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Contact number
  • Reason for cancellation

Our team will review your request and confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation.

3. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it.

If you no longer require the product after it has been shipped, you may need to receive the order first and submit a request under our Return & Refund Policy or Exchange Policy, where applicable.

4. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved and payment has already been made:

  • The refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
  • You will be notified once the refund has been processed.
  • The actual time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Incorrect or Duplicate Orders

If you have accidentally placed an order with incorrect information or placed a duplicate order, please contact us immediately.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with cancellation or amendment before the order enters the processing or shipping stage.

Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation or amendment may no longer be possible.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where necessary, including but not limited to:

  • Product availability or stock issues
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Payment verification problems
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Incorrect customer or delivery information
  • Delivery restrictions
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Where payment has already been received, an eligible refund will be arranged in accordance with our applicable policies.

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee cancellation.

Your order will only be considered cancelled after you receive confirmation from our customer service team.
