1. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
You may request a return if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • There are missing essential components (e.g., cables, manuals, accessories).

Return Window:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date you received the item.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all included accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • Items must not be installed or used, especially large appliances like refrigerators, ovens, or washing machines.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items marked as “non-returnable,” “final sale,” or “clearance.”

  • Items that are used, damaged due to customer misuse, or missing parts due to customer error.

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., air purifiers, personal care devices) unless defective.

Return Process:

  2. Provide your order number, issue details, and clear photos/videos if applicable.

  3. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund or store credit will be issued accordingly.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to our fault (wrong item, damaged or defective product), we cover the return shipping.

  • For returns due to personal reasons (change of mind), the customer covers return shipping, and a restocking fee may apply.


2. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

  • A full refund will be issued if the order is cancelled before dispatch.

After Shipment:

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • You may choose to request a return (see return policy) once you receive the item.

Pre-Orders / Backorders:

  • Cancellation for pre-ordered items is only allowed before we begin processing the order for shipment.

  • Once processed, standard return rules apply.
