  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all included manuals, accessories, and warranty cards.

  • For large appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines), the product must not have been installed or used.


4. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or accidental damage.

  • Products with missing accessories or packaging.

  • Items labeled as “clearance,” “as-is,” or “final sale.”


5. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and clear photos of the item(s).

  3. Our team will review and approve the exchange if eligible.

  4. Return shipping will be arranged or instructed accordingly.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover all shipping costs.

  • If the exchange is due to customer preference (e.g., color change), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
